La Bola
La Bola Reviews
Without a doubt, the best food I ate in all of Spain Jul 29, 2008
Though not cheap, this restaurant won't break the bank. The main courses average from about 15 Euros on up to 30 Euros. Although if you are willing to spend the cash the offer a variety of appetizers, salads, and desserts. I had the pleasure of dining with the 5th generation owner, who I happened to meet my last week in Spain. The waiter was incredibly friendly and joked around with me as I struggled to shove down my third course. The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere and menus offered in six different languages, among them were Japanese and English. Having been run by the same family for the past five generations, you can imagine the rich history and character of the restaurant. I'll be more than happy to continue this review with a bit more about the history when I can find the brochure I kept that tells all about it. :P
