If you have the chance and want to splurge(~$100-200US/person) I suggest eating at the Ritz. The history and ambiance is the pinnacle of Parisian elegance. The service is great, and the food is amazing. Yes, it's expensive, and you can debate if its overpriced or not, but if you want to experience French cuisine the chefs are amazing.
