Getting Cheaper... and Better Mar 16, 2011
When I first fly with Lan, I love it, excellent Breakfast, and in this case, Lunch, the Attendance was Great, and everything was excellent, but the Prices were Awfull, and I hate them. Like 200 Dollars for a 500 KM Trip. Now, I fly between the Same distance and It cost me 25 dollars to go, and back 25 Dollars More, Just 50 Dollars! with the same good food, service, and attendance.

Simply Love it, I hope, it Still getting Cheaper :D

From the US¿? No.

At least, in Lan, is cheap, to fly in SA, but from the US, I think you have to try despegar.com to found some cheap alternatives :)

Express Breakfast Premium Business Class Dec 21, 2010
This above picture is the "Express Breakfast" served in Premium Business Class of Lan Peru on November 22, 2010. In addition, passengers were also offered a ham/cheese plate and/or cerel with a choice of yogurts. The breakfast started with Roederer Brut Premier champagne with or without fresh squeezed OJ. A truly magnificant meal in quality and quantity.....I highly recommend any Carriers of the Lan Group.

Flying Lan Peru.....Excellence Dec 20, 2010
I flew from Mexico City via Lima Peru to Buenos Aires on November 21, 2010. I chose Premium Business Class...as I was able to obtain a very very reasonable ticket via Orbitz. When I approached the gate agent at Mexico City, I inquired as to when we would be boarding....The agent said we would begin boarding of Business Class passengers in 5 minutes....This was a full 50 minutes prior to schedule departure. I was indeed shocked. However...the process was fantastic. All Business Class passengers were boarded, our coats were taken, we were offered hot towels, and than flutes of Roederer Brut Premier with small dishes of almonds and cranberries...Truly amazing....and relaxing as the remainder of the flight's passengers began boarding. After take off, passengers were offered the option of an express dinner to maximize sleep, or the full enchalada...And I might add the quality and quantity of the meal was stunning. The seats on Lan's B767-300ER with winglets are fully flat 180degree beds, with white duvets, and bed size pillows...

Once we arrived in Lima...it was a short two hour connection before our flight to Buenos Aires...Once again a B767-300ER with winglets...Breakfast was offered with so many choices that one was perplexed on which to choose. All in all....Lan Peru is the best airline I have ever flown...and the price was a good 40pct less than fares charged by US Airlines that require a back haul to the USA for flights to Argentina....Lan is my new favorite airline....and check out their prices for Premium Business Class

Best airline I have ever used Aug 08, 2009
LAN is by far the best airline I have ever flown with. I have used it for both long and short flights and both experiences were great. The long flight was from Mexico City to Santiago. The seats were very comfortable, they provided both dinner and breakfast and the plane is equipped with many amenities including TV shows, movies, music (great taste! I could even listen to some Björk and Beck!). Food was great and even better was the wine. The service was also very courteous with the exception of one lady who was upset because I didn’t print my ticket or itinerary confirmation before checking in. I guess I am too used to Continental Airlines in which you just get there with your ID and that’s it.

The short flight was from Santiago to Mendoza, and besides from the amazing view from the Andes, we could enjoy of a short, very quiet and uneventful trip. They did not serve any snack, but because there was not time, since the flight was only 45 min long.

Above all, the ticket prices were excellent, taking into account their great service. I recommend this airline absolutely to everyone.
