Loews Hotel, Quebec City, Canada

Delicious restaurant that revolves on the 27th floor of the hotel Aug 29, 2010
The restaurant is on the 27th floor or roof top of the Loews Hotel in Quebec City. The restaurant revolves very slowly. One will revolve 360 degrees panoramic by the time the meal is done. The soup was absolutely delicious of array of vegetables pureed perfectly. We had a selection of buffet of salads and our main entree and the desserts as well. The salad bar had fresh salmon, smoked salmon, steamed shrimp, crab legs, pasta salad, caprese salad, lots of different olives not to mention an array of other delightful refreshing salads to eat.
We also had a selection of pork tenderloin, beef wellington, or roast duck for the main course to be accompanied by roasted potatoes, steamed turnips, carrots, greenbeans, broccoli and some type of round orange vegetable that tasted exactly like a carrot. There was a pasta alfredo as well. The dessert bar was unlike any I had ever seen. Fresh fruits, tarts, cakes, pies, tortes and many other delicious pastries to choose from.
What a wonderful restaurant!
