Lé Lé Nha Hang

Just opposite "Vesterbros Torv" at the one of the main streets of Copenhagen Vesterbrogade you can find a restaurant that serves Vietnamese food at its best!

Lé Lé is a great restaurant if you're into well-tasting, spicy food, a great atmosphere and excellent international service; a lot of the waiters are only English speaking. The restaurant is kept in cosmopolitan casual style with view access to the kitchen. The tables are small and are very well suited for couples going out and wanting to hold hands. They have a combination of both high tables and normal height.

The restaurant is managed by a Vietnamese family, who are passing on their mothers cooking knowledge. The place has very fast become pretty well-known and "in" especially by the young and hip and the women; which also attracts the men. The ambience isn't formal or snobbish, but cosy and enjoying; there is a good talk on the tables.

The food is Vietnamese at its best and for me that means an Asian kitchen with a French twist and combination of spicy and not overpowered with coriander.
