Kusadasi is a lively resort town especially during summer months due to Mediterranean Cruises and
European tourists with lots of entertainment places.
It was nice to walk about in town with seabreeze in my face
and dancing my already stiff body in a club, after spending
8 hours on the bus from Canakkale to&nb...

A blaze of historical glory starting with a weekend of Istanbul, a week cruising the Greek Aegean, and finally some time in Athens. What a great trip! September 22 - October 4 2005.

June is the best period to have a sun bath. Just to start the summer season with a great skin color.
This year I chose Turkey. New place for me and very interesting.

We returned to our ship first to drop off the shopping we had done earlier in the day and then headed back out to take a walk around the heart of the city. I decided that I was going to do something huge for my 21st birthday and since the opportunity came up to go to Europe, I took it. Some people thought I was nuts for going by myself but I have no regrets as it was the greatest birthday/trip anyone could ask for!

We stayed in Kusadasi for 2 days. It is a resort town on Aegean coast. Another good location with a lot to see and enjoy. Hotel Onura was great, had all the facilities but still don't leave ur luggage unlocked (i was robbed of $200). There are good enough shopping areas in Kusadasi, beach activities and food varities.
On our last day at Kusadasi we went straight to Pamukale, which is famous for its hot springs but it's not a fun place to go in summers. The temperature really gets y...

In 2002 we travelt through Turkey, with a dutch travelcompagnie KRAS. We have seen a lot of the old Turkey places and ruïns. We where that time on a organized travel. It was a disappointment because a lot of schedule trips, but what we have seen that where beautiful. It is a nice country with nice people The next travels we have done are by backpack.
