If you like your comforts and the fine touches...DON'T stay here.
Hosts did not know how to be a host. Beds were hard and uncomfortable Pillows old and flat Bed covers dirty Rooms over crowded with items unneeded. House was not clean.... no newpapers, little mean towels, no bathrobes (as advertised) not even a soap dish for soggy soap. Breakfast was not buffet as told (continental) and only served at 8.30, we came down at 8.00am and told we were too early..brekky was not hot!!! They put out bread, milk, fruit & yoghurt and juice, everything else was left out..to big an effort for being half an hour early????Hosts not friendly or informative. Our room was next to communal lounge filled with noisey guests till late at night. Told there was a curfew but there was no notice and was unsupervised. Host were in bed...glad they couldn't hear noise and got a good night sleep!!!! |
