Kum Poon Bangkok Reviews
Delicious Issan food Jan 06, 2012
You might get Issan food cheaper at the by-the-road-stalls, the food at Kum Poon (Issan dialect meaning Big Bites) is very affordable and tastes realy nice and fresh.
Order several things and enjoy your meals together and get lots of taste sensations during one meal, you'll keep coming back for more!!!!
I was pleasantly suprised by the poh pia larb moo, wich are springrolls with larb moo filling, it's a lovely appetizer that I never had before but is on my favourites list from now on.
The tom kha kai tasted as if the coconut just came from the three and they even had my favourite shaa dam yen (cold black tea) wich made our thai meal complete.
The khanom chine could serve two easily, and it was fingerlicking good.
