 Great location but a bit bland Aug 16, 2009
I chose this hotel for it's reasonable price, considering, and it great location. The exterior of the hotel looks typical generic Swiss.
The reception was friendly and quick in getting us settled. Our room was large and clean but, sparsely furnished with Ikea looking materials. There was a balcony with a view into the street and a square with market. The bath was small but the shower was fantastic. There is a sauna and a small fitness room. There are also 2 computers available to guest use. There is also a roof deck with a great veiw of the Old Town Bern. Breakfast was forgetable but, not horrible. In the end, I would proabably look for an alternative but, it there was a price advantage, I would stay here, again. |
