Kraków - John Paul II International Airport Krakow Reviews
Kraków - John Paul II International Airport Oct 14, 2009
Krakow's airport is pretty small with nothing much to do once you get beyond passport control bar a couple small shops. For some reason all the staff seem to be military too. And they all look like they'd rather be somewhere else. There's two terminals, one domestic and one international. You can get bus from the terminals which takes you to both and finishes at the train station (by station I mean bus shelter). Or you could walk it as it's about 500 yards from the international terminal. The rail is the best way to get into Krakow itself as it's only 8 PLN for a ticket and can be brought onboard althrough it's slightly cheaper to buy them in the airport itself. Trip takes about 20 minutes by rail or you can get a taxi if you enjoy getting screwed.
Not really any reason to rush back here but I've been to worse airports.
