Leisure town Oct 15, 2010
If you are a sea lover and consider leisure to mean activity connected with the sea except surfing and speed boat racing then add Koh Phi Phi to your list.

PP a small one time fishing village, now a major tourist attraction. It is a small island with all trapings of fun and frolic the young tourist may seek to enjoy. It is accessable only by ferry from either Krabi or Phuket. The town has only streets.closely knit with shops, restuarants, lodges and hotels.Bi cycles are the only mode of transport.

Entering the town you may have to pay a small development fee and thereafter loads of agents flock you with information of hotels and places for your stay. You can get accomadation in rooms, hostels and shaks with a fan or air conditioning. That apart, luxury hotels also cater at affordable prices.

Scuba diving centres provide diving courses and also give you a PADI certificate.Tours to nearby islands and sunset views are highlights.Scuba, snorkeling and swiming in shallow lagoons add to the activity.Sea food and chicken is staple food not to worry clean continental bites are also available in plenty.Massage centres by trained masuers dot the streets.

Night life; not to worry. There are a few pubs, where you can karoke.and dance.

If you have started packing dont forget your insect repellant.Sun cream or sun tan lotion, well thats your choice. CHEERS MATES.
By ferry ..sun bathers on the uppe…
