Kobe Beef and Beef Steak Restaurant KAWAMURA, Sannomiya Reviews
Jun 25, 2005To sum it up, price = quality. You get what you pay for! ;-) Service was quite good, especially for a restaurant that is so busy. We were seated promptly with reservations, and our server answered all of our questions regarding the cuisine. Servers are instructed to explain how to eat certain dishes, so listen carefully to fully enjoy each dish. Only the hostess, while in the midst of dealing with a line of hungry patrons waiting to be seated, still managed to squeak out a "Thank you" to us as we were leaving. By the way, if you can't speak Japanese... you might have a problem with some of the chefs. It's this attention to detail that is the foundation of any good restaurant, and something that I appreciate in fine dining. Part of the Japan 2005 travel blog |
