Mother's day celebration 2012 May 17, 2012
This year, we decided to celebration mother day at my brother working place and to try out his signature dish.

The restaurant have 2 level of dining area, second floor is the main area with cosy, neat and spaces environment. Ground floor is cashier, kitchen, and few simple table setting.

We start with old cucumber pork rib soup, then follow by a starter - pumpkin , soft shell crab and prawn. Very nice display for the starter.

and here we waited for a while and is worth to wait for this main dish {Poon Choi}, it is a generous Chinese traditional dishes including Radishes, Mushroom, Sea Cucumber, Liriodendron, Abalone, Scallop, Prawn, Roasted Pork, Fish Maw, Chicken, Oyster, Broccoli and Chinese cabbage.

we are so impress while looking at the hotpot while it serve, it is really yummy.

After Poon Choi, there is fried rice, too bad we are so full and unable to eat anymore, so we ask them to pack the fried rice and take away.

lastly is dessert, my brother prepare a dessert with a very very long name :- Lycium, Red Date, pumpkin, Red Chrysanthemum´╝î Sea Coconut & Hashima.

We end the lunch with a cake cutting with 3 mother around. My mum, god mum and sister.
