Decided to go to Moscow in August 2007 with a friend of mine and accidently found this place. It was so hot there, we couldn't believe it, but it wan't that bad inside of the building. Also we were told that they turn off hot water for a month each summer, so if you will decide togo, check if there's a boiler. We were lucky :)
So the place is pretty small, only 3 rooms and the bath room is shared, we had a German couple staying next room, they were getting up at 8am, so we barely met them. Also they have WiFi, breakfast included, they don't serve it thought, but the fridge was filled up with different stuff, which was pretty much perfect, because we were getting up any time we wanted without worrying that we'll miss the breakfast :)
Saff was nice and helpful, we booked an excursion and had an individual sightseeing progaramm composed, also we were offered to visit Russian Cuisine classes, but we didn't go for it :)
So, the place is pretty much perfect for those who doesn't like spending a fotune in a luxury hotels, but still willing to stay in the center of the city without sharing a room with six backpackers.
