Kismot is an Indian Restaurant is on St Leanard's Street, near the Pleasance.
The curry here is very nice, with a wide range of both the classics and specials. The waiter was excellent, and honest if things were going to take a long time, or if he just thought what you were suggesting wouldn't work (apparently, some meats in some sauceds "are just manky"). The decor was nice and the room was spacious. The toilets were spotless. The food was great, but it was really the service that made the meal special. I would recommend it just on that basis alone.
