Shots, meaning photo shots not alcohol shots! Do you think I'm that alcoholic now? I didn't have any alcohol today at all. Come on, people now think that I'm always drunk when I 'act' crazy. Kind of getting annoying now. No not really! Keep the drunk comments coming y'all! *im not droonk!* Finally, Nina was able to sleep. I have heard so many beautiful things about Kinsale and it is only about 15 minutes away by bus from where I work.  But for some reason, no matter how many times I have planned to go there, the plans just wouldn't push through. Unfortuanately Desmond Castle wasn't listed as a point of interest in the satellite navigation system, but th...

Hike in Kinsale
posted by:
Feb 09, 2008 - Apr 26, 2008
I promised myself to get at least two hikes in while I was here in Ireland. Today I did the first hike. I hiked from my hotel out to a place called Charles Fort. The hike was following the bay, and was mostly flat with a bit of a grade at the end up to the fort. It was about 3 miles round trip, maybe a bit more. The distances here are in kilometers and I don’t have a 5th grader with me to convert into miles.   I left the hotel at about 7ish ("ish" that is the in phrase for our tour d...
