Kingston upon Hull Vacation Guide

Kingston upon Hull is the full name of the city Hull at the junction of the river Hull into the Humber.

It's resident population is about 250,000.

Since it's renaming in 1299 by King Edward I. it served as market town, military supply port, trading hub, fishing and whaling centre and industrial metropolis.
In the Second WW it was raided by bombs and the city centre completly destroyed.

Right now Hull is a very busy port for handling cargo, and focused on the chemical and health care industry.
