Located just outside of Fredericton, King's Landing is a great historical settlement for people of all ages. The settlement is made up of buildings moved to the area and now serves to educate the public on ways of life in various decades through history. Each of the houses on the site is set in a different decade from the 1800s to the early 1900s. The site is quite big and has it's own general store, restuarant and inn, printing shop, mill and farm. Costumed interpreters in each building give you the history of the family who lived there as well as some history of the time period. These staff are great, and actually kind of confuse you as you wonder, 'Do they actually live here??'.

This was a fantastic site to see and is a great place to go to be moving around and spending time outside instead of being cooped up in a museum!
