Kimo's is found right along old Lahaina in the middle of all the shops and other restaurants. It was recommended to us by friends and was simply amazing. The fish and steak that we had was probably some of the best I have eaten in my lifetime and at sunset offered the most spectacular view. However, the word is already out that Kimo's is amazing so unless you want to wait a couple hours for a table I would call ahead, or stop by early so you can do some shopping while waiting for a table. Be ready to spend about $40 per person, but well worth it for a one night treat.
