In addition to the many brew pubs, one of the "must-dos" is to have a Killepitsch (or two or three) at "Et Kabüffke". Killepitsch, a black liquor made from a combination of 90 fruits, berries, herbs, and spices, is delightful and a Düsseldorf tradition. I love it!
