Florianopolis is every bit beautiful as the name itself and along with the hospitality of the islanders, your heart is easily lost here perhaps to be reclaimed, maybe, on your next visit.

Brian and I quit our jobs in Holland and left Amsterdam in October 2005. We spent several months backpacking from Ethiopia down to South Africa then up to Zambia. Heres just a few highlights of our trip.
