Tropical Forest within the Rift Valley Dec 29, 2010
Kibale forest is home to mostly primates and over 300 species of birds. Chimpanzee tracking excursions take place frquently. Primate walks and hikes to the wetlands (Bigodi) a sanctuary for a range of biodiversity: baboons, bush bucks, Mangoose, pigs, chimpanzee and otters.

I enjoyed the walk to the sanctuary when I was there. I had spent 2 nights at the Ndali lodge, which by the way is a great accommodation in the park (perhaps the only good one when I last visited.)

PS: why leave for tomorrow what you can accomplish today?
