Flew into Nairobi, drove over to the Masai Mara and spent a couple of nights there before driving through Uganda to the border of the Congo. Crossed over and went to the Virunga National Park to see the mountain gorillas. Drove back to Nairobi, on to Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti and finished up in Zanzibar.

This is a black/white shot I took at the spur of the moment. I left the print in boxes and never really looked at it. Now it has this colour. I remember going on the bus from Lake Turkana to Nairobi. It was around 45 celcious, absolutely no shadows, no water, no nothing...even at night it wasn…

a couple of years ago, I took my father to Africa for his 70th Birthday. We climbed Mt Kenya, went on a Safari and rafted the Zambezi in Victoria Falls!

a unbelievable country, the people the landscape and animals a most go place for anyone who needs a all round experiance.

Traveling the world since I was two months old.

This is the longest bus ride i have ever experienced...it totally took me 28 hrs to get to Kampala....6 hrs delayed....

Ik ben in de zomer van 2008 3 weken op rondreis in Tanzania geweest. het was superbruut. :D
