AFTER A LONG ARDUOUS FLIGHT VIA HONGKONG AND BANGKOK I FINALLY REACHED THE REALITY OF MY AFRICAN DREAM...ARRIVED IN NAIROBI KENYA AT DAWN AND WITNESSED FOR MYSELF HOW BEAUTIFUL AFRICA REALLY IS..MY PERCEPTION ABOUT AFRICA TOTALLY CHANGED FROM THAT DAY ON. I SAW RIGHT BEFORE MY EYES THE UNSPOILED BEAUTY OF NATURE AND THE WILD ANIMALS IN THEIR HABITAT.SOMETHING I USED TO SEE ONLY IN TEXTBOOKS N ANIMAL PLANET.CROSSING THE EQUATOR WAS A HIGH AND WHAT REALLY STRUCK ME- THE AFRICAN SMILES.

Kenya is full of contraries, astonishing nature and beautiful beaches, on the other side indescribable poverty! Thus many people are so friendly and hospitable! Should you go there, I strongly advise you NOT to book with a common western travel-company, since they only suck more money and resources out of Kenya instead of creating some wealth. Your money spent in a hotel is transfered back to Europe or the U.S.!

The best trip I ever had! This is actiually the NR 1 place of all my previous visited countries.

When we were in Nairobi we went to the Sheldrick Orphanage inside Nairobi National park. the Orphange is only open 1 day a week to visitors, but, it is amazing and worth the trip. We were able to see orphaned Elephants, Rhinos and even a Wort Hog!

I have traveled around Kenya, tanzania and Zanzibar by a car in 23 days

I spent 17 days with some friends in Malindi,Kenya on the Indian Ocean.We flew from Nairobi to Mombasa on a 45 minute flight. We then drove 2 hours to Malindi. For three days we also stayed on the island of Lamu. We ended the trip with 3 days in the Masai Mara national park on a safari. What an amazing trip. I left the place a new person for the better. Loved it so much, I look forward to returning, especially to see the animals.

Trip through southern Kenya and northern Tanzania, one month

Flew into Nairobi, drove over to the Masai Mara and spent a couple of nights there before driving through Uganda to the border of the Congo. Crossed over and went to the Virunga National Park to see the mountain gorillas. Drove back to Nairobi, on to Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti and finished up in Zanzibar.
