 Affordable Stay on Kauai Mar 24, 2008
I was a little skeptical about Kauai Sands but it fit our budget so we gave it a go. The place was nice. It was a little hard to find. The rooms were clean. The people were friendly. It was right on the beach but I am not sure it makes a good swimming area. They had chairs by the water so it was nice to have breakfast by the ocean. Their pool was nice and they provided extra pool towels. Not a whole lot of parking so beware. It is close to a shopping mall that has really good food and cheapy souvenirs. Within driving distance of most of the island which is convenient.
