A brief visit to my friend in Kassel.

The trip over was gratefully uneventful. Dropped off hours and hours early at the airport, I was able to breeze through security without blowing in a tube from any orifice; without giving up, voluntarily or otherwise, any samples of body fluid; without having my belongings thrown unceremoniously and unabashedly around the security checkpoint; and generally without trouble. The TSA did, however, find it necessary to separate an 8 year old girl from her parents, pat her down, and go through eve...

Great travel, great people. Had the opportunity to spend 10 days in Germany and travel between Frankfurt and Berlin while experiencing most of the Hessen region. Out of all my experiences during this trip, the German people were the best part of it! I cannot say enough positive comments about Germany, the Hessen region, JCI Germany and all its people.
