Again, it was a long driving day to to city of Kas....It is nice to be here though.  You can actually see an island of Greece that is a source of debate between the Turks and the Greeks.  The Greeks have demanded a radius of 12 km around the island that the Turks cannot go to but the 12 km would expand well into the city of Kas....It makes no sense. Just posting a couple shots from our last morning at Hadrian's Hotel in Kas. We fell in love with the owner's dog, Willie. I wanted pack him in my bag and take him home with me!

In 2002 we travelt through Turkey, with a dutch travelcompagnie KRAS. We have seen a lot of the old Turkey places and ruïns. We where that time on a organized travel. It was a disappointment because a lot of schedule trips, but what we have seen that where beautiful. Of to Kaş a nice little Turkish town at the Mediterranean which luckily seem to have escaped the mass tourism until now. There will be some tourist in the middle of summer but considering the massive tourism boom Turkey have experienced in the last years - Kaş still have got it local feel to it.   The day starts as usual it seems in the Turkish summer - the temperature picks up quickly but today it is off to the sea.
