The first version was stupid...well...what to say... We all do it, we all need it...once in a while, letting loose is healthy! My friends and I practice it every day though...that's what makes us different, we don't know any better :) We get on our bikes, put on running shoes, or just grab backpacks and disappear... This is just the beginning...more is coming :)

Wederom hadden we de wekker gezet op 8.00 uur maar ook vandaag werd ie voor dat tijdstip uitgezet. Vanmorgen was het heel wat drukker aan het ontbijt dan de vorige dag omdat een groep middelbare scholieren uit Duitsland was gearriveerd. Om 9.10 uur zaten we beneden klaar om opgehaald te worden voor de excursie naar Slot Karlstein. Niet veel later werden we opgehaald door een chauffeur die ons naar het plaatsje Karlstein bracht waarvandaan hij ons over een mooi wandelpad naar het slot bracht....

...my hometown and my country, places I can't wait to run away from and then return to again... places that I can't stand when the travel bug seizes my mind, places that I love so much and miss dearly when gone...

Wow... these are some old old photos of my very first trip to Europe mixed with a trip with my mum for grad research. The quality is pretty bad as I've had to scan them from hard copies, but c'est la vie.
