Our first excursion was a 2 day travel to the South. We saw the big mosque in Kairouan. After that we went to Gafsa for lunch, and on to El Hamma for a little Jeep-trip to 2 mountain oasis, Chebika and Tamerza. In Chebika we went to see the mountains where they dig up mineral stones, and a little oasis (the spring that made the oasis excist). After a horrible 25 minutes of climbing that is.
