KM 6 Golf Course Reviews

Night Tee Off at KM6 Aug 14, 2008
the new course has lights for night play! good news for the guys but bad news for thier wives and second wives. course is open till 9pm daily depending on the amount of players. 130,000Kip for week night tee off. cheaper rates for day time play.

no carts, all by foot, plenty of water through out the course, and its under constant construction. basically, free drop where ever you are.

caddies are ok. more of just a bag carrier then anything else. can get really uncomfortable due to the humidity and heat of laos.

speed on the course is slow, but better then KM14 where you'll find high ranking goverment officials cramming the course with 3 caddies each. 18 holes there turns into 6 hours of chit chat. can be the same way at KM6 at times. the marshall don't ever dare to call anyone on slow play so you're basically stuck and have to suffer out the round.

course gives a variety of looks on the holes, some par 5's to test out the woods but mostly iron work through out.

club house is good. warm showers, locker rooms, and nice clean toilet facilities.

resturant has a combination of lao and foreigner food. i reccomend the bacon, cheese and egg burger with a beer all for 50,000kip.

all in all, 20USD isn't bad for 9 holes after work.

i'm out there on thurs! handicap +15
