KL Nightlife Kuala Lumpur Reviews

If you are looking for places to pub hop and dance the night away, here's a few suggestions in concentrated areas:
1. Bukit Bintang - The Ship (live band plus show gals, they are not really gals), Delaney's, Finnegan's (two Irish pubs), Planet Hollywood, Earth Lounge (formerly Carnegie's, it's opposite the HSBC), Oasis (local karaoke place, my hangout most nites, just look for Michael when you come in).
2. Jalan P.Ramlee - lots of clubs there, Beach Club (pick up joint for expats), Thai Club, Nuovo, Espanda, Aloha (latest new buzz in town, check out the albino python outside the washrooms), Rum Jungle, to name but a few. Hard Rock Cafe is down the road at Concorde Hotel.
3. The Asian Heritage Row - located behind Sheraton Imperial KL, whole stretch of refurbished pre-war shophouses converted into restaurants and pubs. My personal pick - Bar Savanh, Maison, the Loft (young and noisy crowd at weekends), BED.
4. Jalan Telawi, Bangsar- supposedly the Lan Kwai Fong of KL but lost its shine of late. Small little pubs, restaurants and clubs all around the area.
