Jutters mu-ZEE-um Zandvoort Jan 07, 2009
Every day on the beach of Zandvoort there are many things to be found.
In search of floaters in all different colours and sizes, buoy’s, weather probes for sea research, fish crates and work-and water shoes, the beach comber works in all sort of weather. All of this together with fortunately washed ashore and found bottle mail is to be seen in at the Beachcombers MuZEEum (museum) in Zandvoort on the beach. The entrance is for free and it’s a very nice museum to visit, the people there are very friendly and have a lot to tell you about this museum. It’s not always open, so you have to look on the site when you can watch this cosy and interesting MuZEEum. |
