Jupiter is a bar in Berkeley with a great selection of house brews. It's a great place to sit and have a mellow evening at a bar. There is a courtyard with a fireplace with lots of seating and plenty more seating indoors in the two story bar/restaurant. They often have live jazz performances and they always host events for the Downtown Berkeley Jazz Festival in late August.
If you're hungry, I definitely recommend the wood-fired pizzas. They have many kinds of beers there, but you should definitely try one of the Jupiter beers. My favorite is the Jupiter Porter. They also have special seasonal beers that change from month to month. |
