A Quiet Hiding Place Jan 16, 2008
It's a quiet hotel in the middle of green rice fields. No wonder the other guests are all honemooners. A river runs through the hotel and the water creates such a relaxing sound. There's no public transport available to get here so we have to use the shuttle provided by the hotel to go to and from Central Ubud. It's free if it's according to the hotel schedule (10 a.m., 3 p.m., 7 p.m., and 10 p.m), otherwise they will charge transporartion fee. The whirlpool looks enticing at first but the water was cold so we ended up not using the pool at all. For a room with a view such as we had (upstairs with balcony facing the rice fields), the price is $45.
