Junior's Cheesecake Brooklyn Reviews
Eating at a Landmark Jun 14, 2016
So I finally eat at the Legendary Juniors! I feel like I was taken to this restaurant when I was really young, but this is the first time that as an adult I can recall going there. I went there with my friend Nelson (NdoubleU). Entering the restaurant there are two things that you first notice. First, the resturant knows where its "bread is buttered", the famous cheesecake and other pastries are front and center. You enter from the side of the building and you have to past the bakery in order to get into the restaurant.
Once you past the restaurant, you notice the second thing about the restaurant, which is the deliberate attempt to maintain a "1930's-like" theme throughout the restaurant. From the music, to the material of the seats in the booths, it is clear that maintain an old time feel is a main objective of the place. The attempt is accomplished and the place has a quint feeling to it.
Now the food. Junior's is known for its cheesecake, however the food was very good. It is somewhat expensive, however unlike alot of expensive places, the proportions are HUGE!!! The selection is somewhat broad with Sandwiches, Appetizers, Barbecue, Seafood and surprisingly Breakfast.

To sum it up: Its a great place to go with a friend or a date or if your visiting New York and what to experience great food while visiting a landmark.
