Jungle Cruise Walt Disney World Reviews
Journey on the tropical rivers of the world! Mar 21, 2011
The Jungle Cruise has always been one of my favorite Disney rides! (I guess its the traveler in me. :) ) The Jungle Cruise has been a mainstay attraction at Disneyland and Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom from the opening of both theme parks. I've been on it many times at both and it never tires!
At Magic Kingdom, guests board a replica riverboat that looks like something out of The African Queen. Civilization is quickly left behind as the ride takes visitors over the rivers of South America, Africa, and Asia. The cast member operating the boat can really "make" the ride with his or her narration, banter, bad jokes, and puns. But there is much to enjoy in the tropical themed settings and the audio-anatromic jungle animals that pop up to surprise riders. (I think the design of the Mekong section is the best. You can imagine you are in Cambodia!)
A must-ride attraction for first-time visitors!
Included with park admission. Can be Fastpassed.
