Juk 1001 Iyagi in Insadong, provides a well-portioned rice porridge bowl of your choice (there are about 15 to choose from: chicken, beef, seafood, veggie, etc) and 3 small sides, between 4,000-7,000KRW ($4-$7)!
'Juk' meaning rice porridge in Korean. In this small rice porridge shop that seats no more than 8 people, you will enjoy a very delicious and healthy meal! They also have multiple locations all over Seoul and other large Korean cities. It's very a filling and light meal. A healthy way to start the day, have for lunch, or even dinner! Juk 1001 is a small restaurant that offers over 15 variety of rice porridge. They have several branches all over Seoul - all of them small. The one in Insadong only seats about 10 people.
