I stayed in this hotels as part of my trip to USA Southwest (California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona) with four friends.

This time due to trip schedule was convenient to stay inside the park boundaries. That gives us the chance to visit Sequoia N.P. till late and in the morning Kings Canyon N. P. before driving to Lone Pine.

In order to confirm your reservation you must go to Kings Canyon visitor centre where you will be given the keys.

John Muir Lodge is a nice place to stay, open year-round and surrounded by a forest of sequoias. The hall, where there’s free WiFi, is huge and has an old mountain decoration which reminds and old sky resort.

Rooms, our was a double queen-bed, are big with a table and some chairs and lots of space.

Our stay was short, just one night, but sure you can feel like home.
