Affordable, safe and with free internet Jan 09, 2009
Free internet and good local meals. Breakfast included in price. The owners are very hospitable and only want to make you welcome and enjoy your stay. If they don't know the answer to your question they will find out. No mozquito net or hook for your own but then there weren't really any mozquitos about. It's out of Nairobi centre which is why it's safer. You can get the Matatu 237 for 80KSh. Ask for the Kenol station stop. A taxi costs loads from the airport (3,500KSh)and noone knows where it is. Ask the taxi driver for Mama Joes just behind the Kenol station. It is tucked away but just call the owner for directions or to meet you. They do offer an airport pickup service, I suggest you take it.

Jobcamp house is located off Thika highway in the outskirts of Nairobi. We offer nicely furnished rooms in singles, doubles and dorm.
We are located in a secure area and our neighbors are friendly. It is a real home-stay adventure. An oasis of peace from the busy city.
