 There's a JINNY in Patong beach Mar 21, 2008
It definitely a budget hotel. On high season, only cost 500 baht/night/pax (not incl breakfast)
The room is very clean, just like a star quality hotel. They have cable tv, hot & cold water, AC, and safe deposit box in your room. The hosts are very friendly. They are husband and wife, the wife speak english fluently. She's very helpfull. You can ask anything from direction, thai habit, cheap resto, transportation, anything you want to know and she'll be able to answer honestly.  Part of the Phuket for the single guy only travel blog
