First Place that I visited as soon as I landed in Bali was Garuda Wisnu Kencana Park, which is located in Bukit Unggasan – Jimbaran. It is called Garuda Wisnu Kencana because Vishnu (Hindus god) rides a gigantic Garuda bird.   A giant statue of Vishnu stands beautifully there. It is indeed a marvelous creation of art. In the late afternoon, jimbaran beach starts to live.... a whole lot of little sea food restaurants start to open their "beach". You can have a magnificent meal here, at the beach! CHoose your own fishes, prawns etc. and dine with music at the beach! A beautifull memory! (and not realy expensive)   note. a bomb was made to explode here by terrorists some years ago. Because a lot of tourists come and visit this place and to get more publicity. Take in mind... that this can happen anywer...
