Jervis Bay Vacation Guide
Jervis Bay is 2 hours drive south of Sydney, Australia. It is a protected Marine Park of NSW, famous for its pristine waters and marine life. It boasts the whitest sand beaches in the world. The waters are warm and clear, with great drop offs and wrecks to explore. Scuba diving and fishing are the main sports. Dolphins and whales appear in the bay, which can be viewed from a cruise boat. If you are lucky, you may get to swim with the dolphins when they come closer to shore! Beaches are very safe for swimming and surfing. The parks abound with grey kangaroos, possums and other wildlife. There are a few caravan parks, B&B's and motels for accommodation. There are many holiday apartments and houses for rent, both short and long term.
