hope in the midst of turmoil
posted by:
Jul 05, 2006 – Jul 16, 2006
Some of you may have heard of the Hezbollah crisis: I was there in the midst! I experienced the Hezbollah crisis as well as the turmoil between the Arabs and the Jews as I traveled through uncharted territory and heard the story from the people who live it out on a daily basis. It is something that will forever be etched upon my mind.

Bij de Damascuspoort stapten we uit en liepen we verder naar de Jaffastraat. Hier gingen we verschillende kanten…

And it actually did.... almost like walking next to Jesus :) It really feels like that when you're there. The only thing that disturbs this, kind of special, mood and a picture of old times are soldiers carrying weapon in their hands. Gets scary...
