it is pathetic! Sep 02, 2008
NO! These guys charged me $20 more for my Mom's hair cut and refused to refund the money. Plus the hair was cut wrong - one side is bigger than another from the back part! The woman on the register seemed like a freshman, she said they do not refund anything if the credit card was used. Instead they forced us to come there once more so we can get this undone service (blow dry) separately - "for free". They really suck. Last year we came here too, and my Mom did permanent - after two days her hair fell off. We thought it was a chance, but this year WE REALLY KNOW IT WAS NOT A CHANCE!

hi there,I was just in the salon last week and found it to be very professional, clean and the service was great. I heard they change management, maybe you should try it again..Flower

i have never been so insulted in my life! there are no ruder staff on the beach and yet this salon is struggling and there are hundreds of far superior salons very close by. it is over priced even for the beach. avoid it like the plague. it doesn't deserve one star.

Skip the laser hair removal. The technicians seem very poorly trained. I had the procedure lots of times at other spas but this was the worst yet. They are in a rush to get you out so they miss lots of areas. The hair removal is very spotty and poor job.

This was my worst experience EVER in a salon. First of all, when I made my appointment as a walk-in, they took my credit card number in case I cancelled my appointment or did not show up. Second of all, the receptionist was rude and did not seem like she understood what I was asking her (gel nail fill). I love the girl who does my nails in Chicago but I was in Miami because of a family emergency and needed a fill desperately. The man who did my nails was okay but two days later two nails broke. I called to see if they would fix them and he basically made it difficult for me to come back. I think the gel the salon uses is poor quality and I think that the staff was rude and unaccomodating.

hi Rachel, I also walked in last week and they never asked for my credit card number. The guy at the front was very nice and helpful. He did say they had a bad manager in the past.
