Jarmark Wielkanocny - Easter Market

Jak co roku tuż przed Wielkanocą na zielonogórskim deptaku odbywa się Jarmark oraz w Skansenie w Ochli - Kaziuki Wileńskie. Z roku na rok staja się te dwie imprezy coraz bardziej popularne i przyciągają coraz więcej ludzi. O ile impreza na Starym Mieście ma na celu przygotowanie do Wielkiejnocy w tradycyjnym tutejszym rozumieniu o tyle Kaziuki w Skansenie przybliżają raczej tradycje z kresów.

Jarmark jak i Kaziuki oferują wyroby tradycyjne związane z Wielkanocą, kraszanki, palmy itp., ale również pozwalają zwiedzającym pożywić się tradycyjnymi daniami. Szczegolnie interesujace jest to na Kaziukach, gdzie serwowane sa np. bliny czy tez cepeliny.

As it's the tradition here, every year before Easter there is a Market in the Old Town of Zielona Gora and another one called Kaziuki Wilenskie in the nearby Ethnographical Museum. The first one brings you into the common present easter tradition of this region, the second shows the eastern polish traditions from Wilno-region (which was taken from Poland after WW II, of which polish population had to moove to the western parts of Poland)

Both - Market in the Old Town and in Museum give you the possibility to meet the traditional hand-made works such as painted eggs and other easter stuff. There are also places where are traditional meals served, the old and almost forgotten ones from Eastern as well.
