Best Lobster Rolls in Boston Oct 18, 2010
James Hook has the best lobster rolls! OK, $12 for a lunch sandwich isn't that cheap, but $12 for a deee-licious lobster roll filled with huge chunks of lobster is a steal.

I've had lobster rolls in Salem, Quincy Market and a few others places I can't remember, and none of them compare to James Hook's.

Most of the meat inside the soft white bread like exterior is actually lobster with a fair amount of mayo - not too much mayo and not too little.

They also serve other things like lobster mac & cheese (good, but not really worth it in my opinion), stuffed scallops, clam chowda, etc. The clam chowder was good and lightly creamy. Their crab roll was FILLED with crab meat - mmm mmm good as well :)

Definitely a must eat when you're in Boston and looking for lobster rolls!
