Amazing Club ! Jan 03, 2011
Part of the Jad Mahal restaurant/club empire in Hivernage, this is one of the few places to go in Marrakech to catch the local cognoscenti supinely reclining in armchairs and sipping gin and tonics or a cool glass of champagne.

Like its neighbour and competitor Le Comptoir, Jad Mahal provides a sophisticated environment for a relaxing drink, particularly pre- or post-dinner.

Entrance is restricted, and unlike many of its large-scale competitors the bar is not full of 'working girls' or elderly tourists clutching guidebooks/maps/camera bags/fanny packs. As the night wears on it begins to fill up with diners wanting an extra drink before they head downstairs to the club.

There's also a rooftop terrace overlooking the city walls to one side and out towards the desert on the other, which makes a wonderfully romantic place to sip a cocktail once the sun goes down. More recently the bar area began to introduce live rock/pop acts at weekends who cover everyone from Fela Kuti to James Brown - probably the best live music you'll find in town.

On other nights the DJs pumps tunes into the ears of people trying to dine, especially at weekends when the place can be a bit of a squash to say the least.

Just get there for some drinks and seat at the lounge-bar with great enjoyment! I recommended to you as the must night club in Morocco !

And all the Moroccan ladies was amazing beautiful with nice style !!!

Just have 1 personal shoot and upload 3 from the net :)

Jad Mahal Marrakech Jun 01, 2011
I went here with a large group of people for dinner and then a party afterwards. The atmosphere of the place is excellent, from the entrance, to the glassed in courtyard, to the bellly dancers that came out later in the evening. The service from the staff was first rate. We had a three course meal and the food was very good. Drink are very expensive but then, this is a club as well.

Around 11 pm, the back part of the restaurnat turns into a club with another more private one in the basement. Definitely a hot spot if you are into that sort of thing.
