My goal was to get a restful night's sleep, as I had not slept well the previous night and was to do all of the driving on the trip.  However, Mother Nature decided otherwise.  Since our room's ceiling was not completely covered (the Inn was going for a wilderness-chic look)…

When I was told that Costa Rica would be a great R&R from my time overseas, I never realized how much I would fall for the beautiful country and culture! I am not one of the most traveled of us on this site, but I have had the opportunity to see a little bit of the world and Costa Rica is by far at the top of my list! And yes I have only been back about a week now and am trying to schedule my next trip :)

Loved Costa Rica, but didn't have a digital camera at the time. wildlife there is absolutely amazing. The quaint town of Sarchi is wonderful. Also Arenal and Volcan Irazu are must sees. Cloud forests are amazing too.
