Jacksonville Municipal Stadium
Jacksonville Municipal Stadium Reviews
Home of the Jaguars Oct 20, 2009
Jacksonville Municipal Stadium (formerly Alltel Stadium) is the home to the NFL's Jacksonville Jaguars. The stadium consists of a full lower level, full mid level, and partial upper levels on each sideline. There are two giant scoreboards with video screens at each end zone. When we went, the attendance was only 42,000 (out of 64,000 normal capacity and 82,000 maximum). So parking was easy to come by and close by (though expensive at $20 to $25), and it was really easy to get in and out. Our seats were in the club area, which allows you access to less crowded open spaces with food courts and bars with TV screens. This area is indoors and is a nice place to duck out of the elements. The layout of the stadium is such that there are probably no bad seats.
