This hotel cant be beaten for location, rooms and amenities.

Locate on sukhumvit road in bangkok the shopping paradises of bangkok has to offer are only two stops away on the skytrain.

The rooms here are awesome and staff so friendly.

My missus won some good free marriot hotel vouchers so for our bangkok expierence we splashed out here and got an executive room for 3 nights here. The extra exec lounge and free drink and food def make it worth while and the breakfasts are lovely and forever filing.

Pool is a nice location on level 6 or so. Nice for an early morning swim before a busy day sightseeing.

Location as i said is central for us and if you like shopping (as my girlfriend does to the hilts) this is the place for you.

We had a nice meal in the new york stakehouse inside the Marriot one night - but expect to pay new york prices - it wasnt cheap but it was amazing food.

Pat pong and lumphini markets are less than 5 minutes in a cab or tuk tuk from here as well so its really where you have to be.

I looked at siam and silom areas of BKK before i booked this and i wasnt disappointed one bit. Would go back 2m without a shadow of a doubt.

Lovely hotel.
Best bed in the world - I though

Luxury in Bangkok May 20, 2008

This is my home when I travel to Bangkok. This hotel has one of the best executive level lounges in the industry and the food right in the hotel is out of this world. The New York Steakhouse is one of the best in the world and they make, by far, the best Caesar Salad I've ever had. The Thai and Japanese restaurants are also stellar. My only complaint was that in a city where everything is fairly cheap, the drinks in the lobby were extremely expensive. You are centrally located to most of the active Bangkok nightlife here, although the river front is quite a hike.
